In this 2nd program in the series, Dr. Cartner discusses the precipitous drop in oil prices and what it means for various sectors of the maritime industry. Dr. Cartner acknowledges that there will have to be adjustments to the new market realities but this is not bad and profits will increase with better cost impacts from bunkers.
