In this 110th edition in the series, Clay, continued the call for construction of new U.S. ships, including Ice Breakers, new training ships for the U.S maritime academies, in addition to new Navy Special Mission ships and ready reserve cargo ships as he remains convinced that we are heading towards an impending military conflict in the Far East.
