In this 105th edition in the series, Clay discusses the Executive Order that Trump had prepared to increase the amount of U.S. AID food aid carried on U.S. Flag Ships from 50% to 100% that was then dropped 24 hours later when he decided not to issue the order, (as reported in an article by Reuters.) When Maritime TV questioned Reuters about the sources for some of the facts mentioned in the article that were supposedly the basis for Trump’s decision not to issue the Executive order, Reuters referred Maritime TV to a 2015 George Mason University Study. Clay also addresses this study.
