In this 109th edition in the series, Clay, who is convinced we are heading towards an impending military conflict in the Far East, says that if we’re going to support the inevitable military build-up necessary to meet such a challenge, we will need a new fleet of at least 40 U.S. Flag merchant ships that need to be built now.
