In this 66th edition in the series Clay delivers a special tribute to Capt. Tim Brown, who led the Masters, Mates & Pilots as International President for 21 years before retiring at the end of 2012. Clay then addresses the issue of where U.S. mariners will find future career opportunities with the decline in the U.S. deep water fleet.
