The VW Auto Emissions Fraud and What it Means for Shipping

In this episode, Clay, Founding Chairman of the North American Marine Environment Protection Association (NAMEPA), spoke at the North American World Maritime Day Maritime Education and Training Summit at MITAGS near Baltimore, Md., and commented on the recent Volkswagen emission fraud, the upcoming COP-21 Climate Negotiations Conference in Paris and the resulting increased testing and scrutiny shipping will now be under with regards to emissions.
