The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) invites maritime industry representatives to attend the SOCP's October 16-17, 2002, meeting in Castine, ME.

Join SOCP at its public meeting at the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine. Hear a presentation from Captain Ernest Fink, USCG, regarding the status of Reengineering the Marine Licensing and Documentation (MLD) process and participate in the associated workshop. In addition, there will be a review and demonstration of the SOCP Mariner Administrative Smart Card Project followed by related discussion. Learn more about the Ballast Water Technology Testing Program and new ballast water technologies.
