In this 116th edition in the series, Clay discusses how the recent successful deployment of selected State Maritime Academy Training ships and other RRF vessels for the Harvey, Irma and Maria hurricane relief effort, demonstrates the importance of having special mission ships ready in support of natural disasters, including the proposed new NSMV vessels which will also serve as training ships for the State Academies.
