During this 48th interview in the series, Clay addresses the current discussion in Washington about changing regulations to allow the export of U.S. energy, the likelihood of it happening and what it could mean for U.S. flag shipping. This interview was recorded prior to last Thursday’s U.S. Senate Energy Committee vote to narrowly pass a bill that would lift a 40-year-old ban on the export of crude oil.
